After much deliberation (believe us when we tell you that this was an extremely challenging decision to make) we have arrived at the decision for the top finishers of the 90 Day Challenge. Let the countdown begin!
Honorable Mention – Mike Pick – The latest Member of the Month at CrossFit Clifton Park, he’s been on a tear. Looking as lean as ever and putting up great scores on his workouts including a monster “Cindy” with 28 Rounds!
12 – Sonya – She has really come in to her own. From losing weight and inches on her measurements, to improving performance (she crushed an old PR even when she was sick!) to rocking it at competitions, we just can’t say enough about how impressed we are.
11 – Samantha W. – She logged it all! Every single day, her Zone diet was dialed in and focused for the long haul. Dropped 40 seconds off of her 1k row, 70 pounds on her 1 RM deadlift; more strength, better endurance, aaaaand looking great while doing it!
10 – Kristina J. – What a difference she has made! Kristina went the entire 90 Days without a single cheat meal, and reaped the benefits. Not only did she drop 12 pounds, she hit a 40lb PR on her deadlift, can hit the Rx weight in “Fran,” and competed in the XY Games.
