Saturday is gearing up to be… you guessed it, an EPIC extravaganza at CrossFit Clifton Park with a Team WOD and BBQ!
Starting at noon, we’re kicking it off with a great team workout. Prepare to to bust your butt, and work together as a unit to get through this one. Details on the workout will be released Friday night. If you have not done so already, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP with your team members.
Following the workout, enjoy the festive atmosphere amongst your friends of CrossFit Clifton Park and Albany CrossFit. We’ll be cooking up some tasty food, and if you would like to bring some treats to share, the more the merrier. We’re providing the food, please bring any drinks that you want.
Aaaannd did we mention the Bouncy Bounce?! Yeah, that’ll be there too!
Remember the $10 donation goes to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. You can bring cash day of. Not only to do you get to contribute to a great cause, but you’ll have an awesome time while doing it.
