90 Day Challenge: Number Two

Time for the Top 2.  This journey has been an long one, and to have completed the challenge was a accomplishment enough, and as we’ve progressed through our finalists, it’s been nothing short of amazing to see what is possible when a group is as dedicated as these athletes have been can do.

After the 90 days, Woody (as he is best known) has shown an unbelievable transformation.  He laid out his plan, and did he ever stick to it!  Every single day way accounted for; every meal, every workout, everything!  This level of focus lead to about 30 pounds lost, inches off his waist, and monster PR’s including over a minute shaved off of his 2k row time and a 40 pound improvement on his 1RM deadlift.

He competed in events, and continually pushed himself outside his comfort zone.  He tacked on a Member of the Month nod, and now he can add a 2nd place finish in the 90 Day Challenge to the list of accomplishments.  Congrats Woody, you’ve earned it!
