The steps seem pretty simple, but there is a whole lot of complexity within this.

Each step is more challenging!

A goal…seems pretty basic, but choosing a goal is not easy for everyone.  As coaches let us help you pick a goal for yourself.

Our number one recommendation is compete in the 2013 CrossFit Open.  If you make this your goal, it’s a game changer!

Steps 4 and 5 are the hardest to do.  Once you select the goal and set up your plan you are on the right path…staying on that path and throwing off discouragement is the hard part!  That’s what the coaches and your CrossFit family are here for, help us help you!

It all starts with Step 1 – pick a goal!

Remember when you  write a goal down you are 2x more likely to hit it, but when you tell someone, you are 10x more likely to achieve it!
