Weather the Storm

clifton park gymThere are times when we feel like giving up. Whether it be during a WOD, with our diet, or some aspect of life. We have found ourselves on the verge of quitting. In this split second, we must decide to persevere or to wave the white flag. Despite how easy it would be to surrender, keep fighting.

Weather this mental storm and fight back. Fight through the doubt. Fight through the pain. Fight through the weakness. Fight for your life.

Realize that you are moments from overcoming this obstacle, if you would just allow yourself to do it. Don’t deny yourself this opportunity to grow. You need to keep pushing forward. Make yourself stronger for tomorrow.

Remember, anything worthwhile is worth the fight. It is through this fight that YOU take yourself to the next level. That YOU will break through you own glass ceiling. It is in these moments that you redefine who you are… you are a better person now than who you were before.
