The 2012 Fall Schedule

We asked, we listened, and now we're making some new updates to our Fall Schedule.  Starting October 8th, look for an expanded schedule at Albany CrossFit.  We've made these changes in an effort, not only to provide more opportunities to get to a WOD, but in doing so we'll see smaller classes so that we can continue to provide top notch coaching and attention to all the athletes.  We're really excited about this change and look forward to the benefits that it will provide all attending our classes. Check out the schedule below:albany fitness

WOD Classes:

Monday-Friday

5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 9am, Noon, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm

Monday-Thursday

8:30pm

Saturday

7am, 9:30am, 11am

Sunday

10:30am

 

Specialty Classes:

Strongman – Wednesday's at 7pm, Sunday's at Noon

Kettlebells – Thursday at 6pm, Sunday's at 9:30am

 

Please note that the current Clifton Park schedule will remain the same at this time.
