Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest using the following progression:

Rounds 1-8: Pullups

Rounds 9-16: Pushups

Rounds 17-24: AbMat Situps

Rounds 25-32: Air Squats

*Score is total reps

*No rest between movements
