Gymnastics Warm-Up – Day 1

10 Minute AMRAP for quality:

10 second Frogstand/Tuck Planche

5 Handstand Pushups

10 Pistols (alternating)

10 Hollow Rocks

10 Superman Rocks

 

Strength:

Back Squat – 5-5-2-2-1-1; rest 2 minutes between sets

 

Conditioning:

155/105 pound Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
