Partner Workout Challenge!

Next week, we will be hosting our Friday Night Fights event (1/30/15 From 6-8pm).teamwork

Find a partner and join us and other athletes from the local community as we celebrate CrossFit, Groundhogs Day and our wonderful community.

Since this will be a team event (1 Guy + 1 Girl per team), we thought it would be nice to provide teams with opportunities to practice together and develop teamwork.

This coming Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we will run three partner workouts and a mini-challenge!

Challenge:

1.) Form a team on or before Monday.
2.) Participate with your teammate in all three workouts next week.
3.) Log your scores in WODify
4.) Report to James.McDermott@AlbanyCrossFit.com that you have completed the challenge.

The team that hits all three WODs, records their workouts AND has the best overall scores will win a free T-Shirt each!

Bonus: If your team works out in all three WODs AND comes to Friday Night Fights to participate, you will both receive 20% off your next purchases in our store (does not include membership purchases).

WEDNESDAY 1/28
“Life”
For Time,
In Teams of 2:
Partner 1 Completes 20 Strict Handstand Push Ups while
Partner 2 Completes 2 Legless Rope Climbs and Switch Stations

Then

20 Partner Burpee Wallballs
40 Hang Squat Clean (135/95)
40 Front Rack Lunge Steps (135/95)
* Split the workout as desired between teammates for the second half of the workout.
