Partner A.) Row for Total Meters
Partner B.) 30 Kettlebell Swings, 50m Prowler Push
- RX Prowler: 145#
- RX Kettlebell: (53/35)
- Scaled Prowler: 125#
- Scaled Kettlebell: (35/26)
This event will count as two separate scores. One score for the most distance accumulated on the rower between both partners. Another score for the most rounds and reps of the kettlebell & prowler couplet between both partners. One partner will start on the rower and begin to row accumulating meters while their partner begins the couplet. Teammates may switch roles at anytime.
