Do you have loved ones in your life that could benefit from the gift of fitness? Do you want to share your passion for exercising with your friends & family? If you do then bring a friend day is your perfect opportunity to do so! This event is FREE for any guests who attend any class on the schedule – feel free to bring your entire entourage! Attendees will receive detailed exercise technique instruction and participate in beginner friendly partner workouts. Our attentive Coaching Staff will scale / modify movements for any fitness level.
