Pullup Challenge
What movement is better to improve then your pullups. Well, this month we are going to get them stronger! Same rules apply as December 2008, except this time they must all be STRICT. Our goal is to get stronger pullups by the end of the month. We would love to see more women able to hit strict pullups.
Bands are allowed, but the pullups must remain strict. If you are hitting more then 7 strict pullups on a band, it’s time to challenge yourself with a harder band.
Full extension and chin over the bar is required.
Last time Shye ran away with this one. Let’s see someone hit 2000!
