Are challenges haven’t been getting the respect they deserve these last few months, so we are going to shake it up a bit…

The Ant – Put 400x your Bodyweight overhead anyhow by the end of the month!  For example if we hit Jackie this week (hint, hint) it will be 2250# (18x bodyweight for a 125lb. female done with 45lbs.) 

All WODs count!  Any movement that hits a full overhead extension will count, ie. thrusters, presses, jerks, KB swings, ball slams, etc.
