About Karden

Karden Rabin graduated from Skidmore College in 2006 with a bachelors in history and business. Soon after he attended the Finger Lakes School of Massage and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. His experience with bodywork therapies and yoga introduced him to a world of more holistic and smarter ways of developing human potential. His devotion to health and wellness led him to seek out the best in fitness and discovered that Crossfit was by far and away the best system. As a bodyworker, yogi, Crossfitter and ToughMudder, Karden wanted to find a method of recovery that would keep his body healthy, functional and feeling good. He found this in the MELT Method, a hands-off approach to self-bodywork which revolutionizes ones ability to recover and live pain-free. Determined to help as many people as possible, Karden introduced MELT to Albany Crossfit and teaches classes every Tuesday at 7pm. Classes are also held at the Pilates Principle (Lathampilates.com) and Karden works at BodyworkProfessionals.com where he practices, sports and deep-tissue massage, thai-yoga bodywork and Cranialsacral therapy. Contact him at kardenr@gmail.com for more information.
