Boot Camp

We are bringing the CrossFit Methodology to YOU!

When: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6:30pm (beginning April 5, 2010)

Where: Outside of Albany CrossFit

How much: $150 per month

What discounts are available: Join with a friend, teachers, state workers, friends of ACF members

Class size is limited to 12 athletes, 2 coaches on hand for every class.

Nutritional guidance included with membership.
