Clean Seminar

PULL

What: Learn more about the Clean – one of the hardest movements we perform. 

Where: Albany CrossFit

When: Saturday, February 6th, 11:15am

How Long: 45 minutes – 1 hour (or until everyone hits a PR)

This seminar will be great for beginners and advanced alike.  We will begin with the Power Clean and if all goes well progress to the Squat Clean.
