		<description>Katie, we do have great coaches. If someone was trying to diagnose your form from a pic, I don&#039;t know if they got the total movement. If it was a squat depth or full lockout pic, maybe they could see something about your form. You&#039;re absolutely right. It&#039;s about consistently executing the movements in good form. This is one of the reasons coaches teach the form at the beginning of each class. Thanks for your comment. I&#039;m glad the blog&#039;s helpful besides being entertaining. You are a dedicated athlete!</description>
