When you are ready to take the plunge and start working out smarter…we will enroll you into our 6 day “On-Ramp” program. It will be group instruction designed to build a solid foundation for you to build upon as you begin your journey to elite fitness with us. We will have our most experienced coaches teaching you our basic movements, many of our auxiliary movements, and lecturing on some classic CrossFit topics. Our entertaining coaching staff combined with the immense knowledge base behind the smile will give you an amazing boost to begin your CrossFit journey.
