Anytime you are starting something as powerful and efficient as CrossFit, it can be a little overwhelming. We can certainly understand and appreciate that, we have the solution.

Our “On-Ramp” program will prepare you to join the classes at Albany Crossfit and begin your journey to World Class Fitness.

On-Ramp is a 6 day program designed to teach you all of the movements we regularly perform at Albany Crossfit. It takes place in a group setting, with some of our most experienced Coaches and Assistant Coaches giving you tips and guidance on each aspect of fitness. Their will also be lectures on Nutrition, Recovery, Mobility, Mindset and much more.

Because of the group atmosphere of On-Ramp, you will also begin to make new friends at Albany Crossfit. The community atmosphere at our gym is unlike any other gym in Upstate New York, and you will begin to see that immediately.

You should wear athletic gear to the On-Ramp classes, and bring some water. You will have small at home assignments after the first day, we ask that you please complete these, as it will facilitate the learning environment. After each On-Ramp session you will leave with a smile and a bit sweaty, but most importantly; you will be one step further along your fitness journey.

New On Ramp classes begin every Monday alternating between 5pm and 7pm start times.
