Double Unders
Something we clearly overlook, mainly due to the fact the we break too many ropes! However, it is still an important exercise.
Here is what you will need to do:
1. Either buy your own rope or use one of ours.
2. Nail your Double Under
3. Do as many as you can for the month of July.
