Your mission in June, if choose to accept it:
Complete each task set out below. They do not have to be done in order. Each task must be verified by a coach. If you have a question about scaling options or details on a specific task…just ask.
*All of the tasks should be hit at times that do not interfere with classes.
-400 meter Sled Push (70/20)
-Ski-Erg 2000 meters
-Row 10,000 meters (in one sitting)
-Run 1-mile with a vest (20/10)
-Tire Flip 200 meters
-Read a CrossFit Journal (or CrossFit related article) post thoughts on blog
-Make Paleo Treats for your class
-Complete “Kalsu” (scaling is ok)
-Run a 5k
-Come to a class you rarely/never attend
-Bring a Guest (give coaches a heads up)
-Stay one hour late to work on a suck
-Do 300 Burpees in one day
-Deadlift 1/2 of your PR for 100 reps
-Mystery Task (to be done last)
