Skin the Cats
Skin the Cats will not only get your core in phenomenal shape, but it will get you stronger for so many other gymnastics movements and many other bodyweight movements.
What will constitute a full Skin the Cat? Full Hip Extension. If you can’t do this, you can still compete in the challenge. Scaling could start as easy as knee to elbows, and could be as much as all but extending the legs. It’s up to you, just use integrity and do your best.
You can do as many skin the cats per day as you would like, but don’t overdo it. This will really tax your shoulders, but if done properly it will improve your flexibility.
