Heather feels the Prowler Pain

The Prowler Challenge!

Complete 1.5 miles (12 Laps) over the course of the Month with the Prowler

Men rx = 50lbs loaded (2 x 25lb bumpers); scale as needed

Women rx = empty prowler; scale by pushing from high bar

Keep track of each lap and see if you can lower your time over the course of the month.

Elite men’s time = sub 3 minutes

Elite women’s time = sub 4 minutes
