All “Hero” WODs are meant to honor fallen soldiers and are extremely challenging both physically and mentally. These great men have served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice, these workouts are meant to pay tribute to them.
A few of our athletes have decided to honor these Heroes by completing “Murphy” in full combat gear.
