We learned a tremendous amount about how important a role nutrition plays in our body. Sue Rosenberg led a great seminar focusing on 2 popular CrossFit diets – the paleo and the zone.
After the great diet talk, we continued our work on form and mechanics. Focusing most of our time on the Jerk and the Clean.
