Keep practicing those L-Sits! Anytime someone wants to test, just let me know which test you are doing and I will supervise. We have quite a few people almost up to their next phase, keep at it! One of the main purposes of the phases was to find our weaknesses and work on them. So if the L-Sit is a challenge for you try either incorporating it into your warm-up or practicing after your WOD. These phases are meant to be motivating and challenging, I hope everyone is enjoying them.
