Singing and Running in the rain. It wasn’t raining when we started but mid-WOD it started coming down hard, a little rain didn’t stop the nooners…none of them melted. Everyone had virtuosity (doing the common uncommonly well) today. We pushed all of the weights as each set was only 15 reps, and the runs were not recovery time, they were intense. Lenora had a mini-meltdown mid-WOD but I was impressed by the fact that she took her 5 minutes of “Panic Attack” and came back and finished the WOD.

Keep those phase tests coming. Many of you are so close to passing your current level. If you haven’t started take a look at them and challenge yourselves. If you don’t work on what you “suck” at, you will always suck at it. Niki and I are here to help you with the tests, they are meant to challenge you.
