Change in Plans

Due to the inclement weather tonight’s WOD will be as follows:
5 rounds of:
10 Deadlifts (225/155)
12 Knee 2 Elbows
15 Burpees

It is equal parts core and equal parts suck!  The nooners were killer, really pushing each other throughout the entire workout.  MJ and Laura kicked it into high gear using the prescribed women’s weights.  Fred, Mike, Thunder John, and Andy hit it hard with 225lbs., they were awesome to watch as they encourage one another through this core blaster.  Great to have Lenora back, she is not able to come as ofter through the summer but she is making huge strength gains thanks to the extra rest!

    Conrats to everyone who did the Rx’d weight. Sometimes, it’s better to have a strength WOD. Your time will only improve when you do one metcon style.
    It’s great to be back. My strength increases from the rest, and there is a nuance about maintaining zone proportions that also helps. My stamina will increase more when I’m back to my full attendance weeks in the falls. Great energy today nooners!
