I was pleased with Josh today. He came in after reading the WOD on the today’s WOD page and was excited to do it. He knew his body was tired but was anxious to do the WOD. After one lap of running and 15 pullups he approached me, pointed at the sign (no kitties) and said that’s me. Now there is a huge distinction between wussing out and being smart listening to your body, Josh I truly believe you did the latter. Take an easy day and live to fight another, good call Josh!
Check out Ben practicing his 12oz. curls…always looking to have a good time!
Another positive not on one of our members. We all know Kelly K. from her fitness competitions…remember the pics? Well I am excited to say that she is lighter now than she was going into the competition. What does she credit this to? Intense CrossFit WODs and eating a mostly paleo/zone diet. Way to go Kel!
Our newest member Eugene did a great job today. It was his first official WOD and he really shocked me. I was not expecting him to do nearly as well as he did. From catching on to the movements immediately, to clearly pushing himself past comfort (see the nice pile of vomit outdoors), he was amazing! There is definitely an athlete within him just itching to come out. I look forward to seeing Eugene progress and hit his fitness potential.
