Some incredible heavy deadlifts hit tonight!  Those that followed our Deadlift progression quickly learned that your back stays tighter, it is safer, and you can lift more weight!  1. Stance, 2. Grip, 3. Knees, 4. Chest, 5. Pull!

4 bills what! so strong!

The best example was of Josh Klemm, looking at him everyone thought his butt was way too high (it was actually above his shoulders).  However you have to remember everyone's anthropometry is different and Josh has freakishly long legs in relationship to his torso, so he doesn't fit our preconceived notion of body angles for a deadlift.  But, once we set him up properly, his back didn't hurt and he hit a 20lb PR of 385lbs!

closing in on 300 busting through the 400 ceiling

Everyone's weights were impressive and tons of PRs, here are some great examples: Al – 400, Andrea – 250, Ryan – 255, Anne – 209, Stacey – 280, Nicole – 265 (60lb PR), Sam – 435 (100+ PR), Jen G. – 245, Markos – 405 (1st time!), Angie – 280.

Peformance Logs are in.  We have 40 on hand, so first to pay are first to get them.  We will be ordering more, so anyone that signed up will get.  Please have $12 (cash) for Jason and you can pick one up.

Jason, great to see Paleo Diet information being posted. I have had great progress with Paleo. I think the Paleo works better for me than the zone.I used the Paleo during the training for the Regionals and I was very happy. Keep the Info coming!!!

Jay, the Paleo has always been the healthiest diet for me. I’m headed back in that direction.
