I really liked this WOD.. probably because it didn’t involve legs. Or, maybe its the steroids!
I am truly enjoying our new way of doing things. I have definitely noticed that I’m doing better times than I thought with the WOD’s and I think my form has improved also. Let’s keep it up
I haven’t been here long enough to see the old programming, however, I will say that I do love what we are doing now. It seems very efficient and I have gotten exponentially stronger.
I like the new program….I was disappointed the other day after “diane” because I thought it had taken me too long-8:55 with 155# using green/blue for hspu. I looked in my old book last night and seen that my last time doing “diane” using the same weight and bands was 11:57, so what ever we’re doing is working
