First, we squat really heavy, we're talking 3 heavy sets of 5. Perhaps the best rep range to squat as it promotes both enormous strength benefits, neuro-endocrine response, and muscle growth!
Then, we throw in a quick but killer MetCon. 21-15-9 Kettlebell Swings and AbMat Situps. Putting some of our newest toys to good use. Everyone is really loving the new bells and AbMats. Lots of chatter on how much more challenging the situps are, especially when done un-anchored!
Lastly, a quick test of Box Jumps, how many can you do in two minutes? Crazy high numbers throughout the day, a couple of athletes even made it to triple digits! How those legs feeling now?
