ACF has really been making leaps and bounds in "getting serious". The success stories keep coming. Whether it be in dieting, learning more, improving form, getting off the band, or making PR's and not to mention all those people still in the Burpee Challenge is great.
The definition to success is the intentional, pre-mediated use of choice and decision.
Being successful and achieving your goal is like opening a combination lock. You need the correct numbers in the correct right, left, right sequence. There are thousands of possible combinations; and if you are aware of the settings but not the sequence, your efforts will prove futile. As we approach the holidays and the end of the year it is going to prove to be challenging. Stay on track. Set some goals.
Here is Ten Rules of Goal Setting to STAY ON TRACK.
1. Be Decisive 6. Welcome Failure
2. Stay Focused 7. Take Purposeful Action
3. Write Your Goals 8. Inspect What You Expect
4. Plan Thoroughly 9. Reward Yourself
5. Involve Others 10. Maintain Personal Integrity
STAY ON TRACK. Try out some of these rules. Look for support. Talk to other members. And if you're not on the message board you should be. Find out what's going on, learn what other people are doing, find out what they've learned. DEFINITELY get involved in things that will help you, effect you and make you a better athlete. For nothing better find out all about the plans for this year's Troy Turkey Trot.
STAY ON TRACK….. Don't loss everything you've worked hard for.
