Thoughts on a Thursday by Sir Leb-a-lot:

Yet another great week of performances in the WOD's.  I especially thought that Tuesday's workout with the Kettlebell Swings and AbMat Situps was particularly fun.  For one it was nice to use the new equipment (I know everyone felt a difference using the AbMats).  Across the board, I think that everybody surprised themselves by how well they did, posting times way better than what they expected.  Should be a good confidence booster for future workouts.  The new inclusion of joint mobility also has seen quite a strong reception, I myself can attest to feeling better even from one week of incorporating it into my own training.  Look for more of that to come and try do some on your own, it can only help.

Also, I am couple days past Veterans Day , but I would like to take this opportunity to send a belated "Thank You" to all our current and former members of the armed forces. We appreciate all the hard work you guys put in to keep our country safe and protected.

Back to this week's activities, there has definitely a great energy about the gym, whether it be from some of our newer members or some of the usual suspects pickin' up their game to reach new heights, we can really feel a positive attitude in the air.  Throw in some of Javy's yelling encouragements, and perhaps a little of my own absurd dancing, and it's been pretty raucous around here.

Looking forward, let's keep this energetic environment humming, I definitely think that it is conducive to increased performances in the WOD's, not to mention it's a lot of fun to be around.  On that note, keep up the great work and I'll be back next week. Lebby OUT.
