It’s an amazing time to be a part of CrossFit.
From the new expansion at Albany to all the eager new athletes coming through the doors at both locations, to the national spotlight of Reebok and CrossFit. The new year is already breeding success as many are already seeing positive results from the 90 Day Challenge, and the We are in a pivotal point in the ever-impressive growth of our community and can’t express how fortunate we are to be able to share this experience with you.

I found CrossFit while in college at SUNY Cortland, studying for a degree in Kinesiology. At the end of my program, I needed to fulfill my internship requirements and came to Albany CrossFit to work with Jason. The rest is history. CrossFit has changed my perception on fitness and I feel privileged to be able to bring this gift to the masses. My goal is to help make people happier and healthier and spread the love of CrossFit with everyone.
