1. I need to work on my muscle ups and ring dips - keeping it tight and keep from wobbling so much. I also need dire attention to my pushups.

2. I think I've improved a lot on my HSPU, mostly because it was a goal of mine to keep practicing it outside of WODs and at home. Still have to use the band but I went down to blue band last night, I usually use green and was able to get my head on the floor. Just need to practice keeping my core tight and maybe next time do it without any band help? =P
