Nutrition Counseling and Weight Loss
Albany CrossFit is pleased to announce a new service: Nutrition Counseling and Weight Loss.
If you want to lose bodyfat while increasing lean muscle, improve your health, increase your athletic performance, and master the tools to achieve lifelong weight management, this 6-week series is for you.
Included will be before-and-after bodyfat analysis and body measurement, individualized nutrition analysis and meal planning, mindful eating practice, and tons of information that will empower you to work with your body and unique food preferences to create vibrant, glowing health. You will be given a notebook fully set up with handouts, notes, and guidelines to get your individualized program off to a great start.
The seminar will meet for 60 minutes once a week for six weeks at Albany Crossfit. Cost for the 6 week seminar is $300, which includes bodyfat analysis, program materials, and individual counseling.
NOTE: Individualized nutrition counseling for athletic performance, weight loss, mass gain or allergy management is available on an hourly basis.
