Our inaugural challenge was a huge success.  We saw tremendous improvements in everyone’s Overhead Squats, let’s keep that enthusiasm coming!  Without further ado…

10 Minute Pullup Challenge

With a partner perform as many pullups as possible in 10 minutes.

Rules:
1. chin above the bar, full extension
2. you may switch as often or as little as your pair likes
3. the same pullup bar/space must be used by the pair
4. only one teammate doing pullups at a time

Videos are not required but encouraged, and I’ll do my best to post them on our site. 

The categories will be: male/male, female/female and male/female
