“The Fight Gone Bad Challenge“
In order to get even more psyched up for Fight Gone Bad 4, here is our September Challenge.
You have unlimited attempts at one Round of Fight Gone Bad. You will then take your 3 highest rounds and combine them. The man and woman with the highest total Fight Gone Bad score will win.
You can go at this everyday, you can do two rounds in a row, you can only take 3 attempts all month, it is entirely up to you!
One round will be performed in the following order:
Wall Ball
SDHP
Box Jumps
Push Press
Row
Men will use a 20lb. Ball, and 75lbs. for both the SDHP and Push Press.
Women will use a 14lb. Ball, and 55lbs. for both the SDHP and Push Press.
