WOD:

Complete 3 Rounds for time:

500 meter row
Bench press, 135/85 pounds for max reps

Post time and reps to comments.

(We will keep this WOD running through the night.  We will have 4 rowers/benches going at once.  Everyone will have a partner, you will do the WOD and then spot your partner through theirs.  Every time two new athletes come in, they will be partnered up and take the next rower/bench.)
