Strength:

Back Squat 5-5-5

(Work up to a heavy set of 5 and then try to hit it for 3 sets.  If you realize you have gone to light or heavy make adjustments with each set.  These should be heavy, but you should not hit failure.)

WOD:

Reps of 21-15-9 for time
KB Swings, (55/35)
Sit-ups

(This is a short and hard burst.  A great time would be under 4 minutes.)

After Party:

2 Minutes Max Box Jumps
