I found CrossFit while in college at SUNY Cortland, studying for a degree in Kinesiology. At the end of my program, I needed to fulfill my internship requirements and came to Albany CrossFit to work with Jason. The rest is history.
CrossFit has changed my perception on fitness and I feel privileged to be able to bring this gift to the masses. My goal is to help make people happier and healthier and spread the love of CrossFit with everyone.
