If you decide to rejoin us in the future (and we’d love to have you back), please note that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply. Membership rates are subject to change.
If you’re considering pausing your membership instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re certain about canceling, please complete and submit the form on this page. This will serve as your 4-week written cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will officially end 4 weeks after the date of form submission. Please be aware that if you have a scheduled payment during this period, it will be processed as usual. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Canceling your membership before the end of any agreed commitment period may result in an early termination fee, as outlined in your membership agreement.
